SO, if you are a kid obsessed with all things greek because you love the Percy Jackson series then you cannot possibly get a cooler aunt than Christopher has. Aunt Jenny arrived for a visit today bearing a greek soccer jersey, a treat from the Olympics in Athens (she worked here) and photos from her mission to Greece (she lived there 18 months) AND greek coins. (Plus a ton of other coins for C’s collection – an early Christmas present that I provided coin page protectors & a binder for. He’s beyond thrilled.)

And among those greek coins? Some Olympic ones AND a drachma coin. Lots of them.

I think his head is going to explode with joy. 🙂 They spent all morning sorting coins, putting them in, labeling & assembling the whole thing.
