Mo is reading about hamsters & gerbils and informs me that sometimes if the mommy gets stressed out she eats her young. This makes me laugh because I told the kids today they were stressing me out and I wondered if she made the connection. I explained that sometimes animals do things that don’t make sense to people and she says, “Zeus ate his young and he’s a person.”

I love when my kids make connections like that! Cracked me up and we talked about how Zeus wasn’t really a person either.
